CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When cancellations happen last minute or clients don’t show up, it impacts my ability to serve others who are waiting to get in. • Cancellations / Reschedules: Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply. Just please text and let me know asap i’m VERY flexible!! • Deposits : A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain services. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. This only happens if you have had issues prior with scheduling. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I do my best to be flexible.
